Winthrop & Weinstine chose to remain in their location within the Capella tower, but embark on an expansion and significant renovations. The reimagined space is based on flexible “neighborhoods” of practice groups, stacks hospitality spaces — including the reception, a flexible training facility, a sophisticated lounge, and a cafe & coffee bar — vertically, connected by a 6-story stair.
